The Site is operated by Laila France, referred to in these Terms as “Laila France,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” The terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, resource recipient, or other user of the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, downloading a resource, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging with Site content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

The Site offers educational content, podcast information, practical readiness resources, and opportunities to contact Laila France. Content is intended to support reflection, preparation, and informed conversations. It is not a substitute for individualized professional advice.

Content on the Site does not create an attorney-client, financial adviser-client, therapist-client, medical provider-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. The Prepared Woman Audit, The Surviving Spouse Starter Kit, and other downloadable materials are provided for your personal, noncommercial use. Subject to these Terms, Laila France grants you a limited, revocable, nontransferable license to download and use these materials for yourself.

You may not sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, modify, remove attribution from, or create derivative works from Site resources without prior written permission from Laila France. A resource download does not guarantee any outcome or establish a professional relationship.

When you submit a contact or resource-request form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and relates to you or that you are authorized to provide it. Please do not send confidential, time-sensitive, medically sensitive, or legally privileged information through Site forms.

We may use form submissions to respond to your request, deliver a requested resource, maintain reasonable records, and send communications consistent with our Privacy Notice. Submission of a form does not obligate Laila France to respond, collaborate, book a speaking engagement, or provide services.

The Site and its original content, including text, visual design, logos, downloads, podcasts, photographs, graphics, trademarks, and arrangement of materials, are owned by or licensed to Laila France and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited personal-use license stated above, no right, title, or interest in Site content is transferred to you. Please send permission requests to laila@lailafrance.com.

The Site may include links to third-party platforms, including podcast platforms, social-media platforms, video hosts, and service providers. These links are provided for convenience only. Laila France does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party services.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laila France disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.

We strive to present thoughtful, useful information, but do not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, complete, current, or error-free. Your use of Site content is at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laila France will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or other losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the total liability of Laila France for all claims arising from or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid directly to Laila France for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Laila France from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any written agreement expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
